The Wallingford Community Council (WCC) of Seattle is a neighborhood voice representing the greater Wallingford community in interactions with city government on land use, transportation, and parks.
Monthly meetings
Our general meetings are open to everyone in the neighborhood. Whether you are a newcomer or an expert, please join us. We meet monthly at 7:00 PM; the day of the week varies, so check the calendar for the next date, place and topic.
Meetings are at the Good Shepherd Center, 4649 Sunnyside Ave N, usually in the Wallingford Senior Center (Suite 140) or Room 223 (free parking on site). To get a topic or an issue on the agenda, please use our Contact Us page.
Our history: 40 years and counting
You already know what a special place our neighborhood is in which to live, work, go to school and play. A good neighborhood doesn’t just happen. For more than 40 years, Wallingford neighbors have joined together to improve and protect our community through the Wallingford Community Council (WCC), a non-profit community organization of volunteers.
The WCC provides a place and process for neighbors to engage with each other to address neighborhood opportunities, challenges and issues. The WCC has a history of helping to shape city policies and decisions affecting our neighborhood.
